Industry Description and Outlook
Historically the welding industry has only grown about 6% per year since the mid 1980's. There is a projected shortage of about 400,000 welders nationwide by the year 2024. There are many different customer groups that benefit from the welding industry such as steel supply stores, Gas, and etc.
